Ronan joined Plan International Ireland in 2015 having worked in the international development sector since 2003. Working with GOAL for nearly 10 years a Country Accountant in Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia and Sierra Leone, Ronan supported a range of programmes from emergency to development, funded by a wide range of different donors. Following his return to Dublin, Ronan worked as a Finance Manager with Misean Cara, a membership organisation that funds lay and religious organisations in volunteer and missionary overseas development work. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of the office, Ronan is a keen runner and has completed the Dublin City Marathons on several occasions.
